An unusual heirloom varietal from the Amaro region in Ethiopia, this coffee is reminiscent of both a washed Sidama and a Yirgacheffe. You get the best of both worlds here, with pleasant floral tea-like aromas, and a bright candied orange peel sweetness with a smooth and buttery body. The finish is sticky sweet, just like honey.
