The burrs have been upgraded to produce an accurate grind for drip/manual and fine enough for espresso. It also boasts a upgraded gear box.

The Encore features 40 individual grind settings that range from fine to coarse to cover your favorite manual brew methods. The grind range is from 250 - 1200 microns. It's powerful motor, combined with gear speed reducers slow the burr to 450 RPM to ensure a smooth bean feed, noise and heat reduction and eliminate static buildup.
