The new kid on the block. This is a seasonal three bean blend of a fully natural processed Brazilian with a combination of two very fine fully washed coffees from two different regions of Ethiopia. This blend is designed to be enjoyed as a straight shot of espresso yet we have found it to be quite mild and pleasant in a cappuccino. Bright, floral, effervescent with creamy body.
