The new kid on the block. This is a seasonal three bean blend of a washed Caturra from El Mirador in Colombia with a combination of two very fruity and floral heirloom varietals from Ethiopia: a washed Yirgacheffe and a natural Sidama. This blend is designed to be enjoyed as a straight shot of espresso yet we have found it to be quite mild and pleasant in a cappuccino. Bright, floral, effervescent with creamy body.
